MicroWorks started operations in February 1994 with the goal in mind of filling the need of providing IT Department type functions for small-to-medium sized companies. Previously, 1992-1994, MicroWorks (under the name MesaMicro) had concentrated on just “building boxes” and providing routine computer system support.
However we saw that there was a real need for offering the small business environment the same feature set found within larger corporate environments as well as what was offered by the national consulting firms to their “Fortune 500” clientele, but without the “Fortune 500” budgets.
To this end we have sought to be a 1-Stop shop for the small business and individual client.
The mission of the organization is to provide customers with affordable technical solutions and friendly consultative services. In addition to providing these services, it is the goal of Vichra to establish a strong working relationship with each and every client to ensure that they are informed with each decision and are satisfied with the services provided.
We specialize in helping small companies grow and provide the tools and consulting to ensure business processes are running efficiently. The result is a reduction in overall costs and impact to your organziation with avoidance of associated administration and labor for manual tasks.
Additionally, we can provide you with network consulting that can range from setting up and maintaining a simple Peer-to-Peer network or a more complex Multi-Server based environment. In either case we are well versed in helping you connect either topology to the Internet so that you can take advantage of providing email communication between you, your staff and the rest of the wired world!
